The refusal to crack down on the players who are toxic in this fanbase is appalling and disappointing coming from an AAA game developer. For a month straight, I have lost 60-75% of my matches because of those who cheat, the 40-25% of matches that I won was with my friends. I have seen many players who should be banned for their behavior in the game who were not, and Ubisoft allows this to run rampant in this game. Though they are good at developing content and making things fresh and fun, what they lack most is punishment for those who purposely grief other players, thus ruining the experience for most players. They were all placed in a single elimination bracket and played Bo3 matches. The first edition of the Six Invitational only had six teams on both PC and Xbox One.
The event marks the end of previous year and acts as the World Championship. Located in Montreal, home of the Ubisoft studio working on the game, the tournament gathers the best teams from all around the world.
